Bradon Michael Planty
Certified Rolf Practitioner
Structural Integrationist

Bradon has been practicing therapeutic bodywork since 1999.  He graduated from the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork (PCAB) on the north shore of Kauai in 2001.  There he was fortunate to work with Lee Joseph and learned his initial training in the 10 session approach of Structural Bodywork.  A year after his training was complete he was given the opportunity to be an instructor at PCAB for the next four years.

While living on Kauai Bradon was looking to deepen his understanding of Structural Integration.
There he found the Guild for Structural Integration (GSI) and studied with Emmett Hutchins, one of the original teachers appointed by Dr. Ida Rolf to carry on this Art.  Emmett has been teaching SI for 40 years.  Emmett’s talented hands and unique mastery of the work combined with his theoretical abilities, metaphysical studies and exceptional dedication puts him in a class of his own.

Bradon's approach to Structural Integration comes from the basic principle that the human body is a self-healing organism.  When all the parts of the body fit together, move freely and are functioning properly, then health and well being become our natural state instead of pain and discomfort.  There is no limit to how open and balanced a human body can become.

Whether he is helping someone with chronic pain or helping athletes increase their performance, this basic principle is the underlying foundation for all of his work.

Bradon enjoys working with the intelligence of Ida’s ten session "Recipe."  Structural Integration has been a path of self discovery, and Bradon is continually inspired by the ever deepening experience and understanding of human potential.
